| This is the 'rent' that you pay for your website to be a part of the Internet. This price will include giving you 10 email addresses (e.g. name1@yoursite.co.uk, name2@yoursite.co.uk, etc). Additional web space is available for a small fee. |

| Domain Registration fees (necessary) |
| This charge is to allow you to use a name for your website (e.g. www.mysite.com) so that people can find you. The fee goes to the body who hold the register of these sites and make it possible for a site to be found from it's name. |

| Monthly Search Engine submission (optional) |
| If you wish your site to be easily found by people using search engines such as Google or Lycos then it is necessary to regularly apply to be included in these registers. Work is also needed to make your website acceptable for submission. We monthly re-submit sites to over 300 of the most popular search engines. |

| Your own FTP account (optional) |
| Most web sites will require some maintenance to update pages of forthcoming events and price lists for example. You may also wish to add new pages and update or delete old pages. There are two ways to go about this. If you wish us to do this for you then we are pleased to do this, see the price list for charges. Alternatively you may wish to do this for yourselves in which case we will provide you with your own FTP account name and password. There is an additional charge for this facility. |
